Horse adoption and rescue organizations offer horses a second chance by taking in unwanted and, abused horses and some of them are rescued from slaughter auction houses. These horses are then rehabilitated and are available for adoption to and qualified, caring homes. Most of these organizations are run by volunteers with the dedication and compassion for our equine friends.
Most horse rescue organizations are non-profit and are tax-exempt, and are solely supported by contributions from individuals.

Description
Our mission, to intercept slaughter bound and distressed horses, ponies and mules that still have quality of life. We rehabilitate them and give them a second chance at life and being loved. We run yearly educational programs as both fundraising efforts and in the hopes of creating a better future for horses in the generations to come. This farm was created for the horses. We have a combined experience of close to 70 years and can show you how to have an amazing, life changing relationship with a horse!
Please visit the donations page to contribute to our efforts! Please visit the Programs page to see how you can interact and support our efforts to care for the senior and special needs sanctuary horses by visiting or enrolling in one of our programs. Virtual adoption of an equine senior is also an IDEAL way to help a horse! You do not need to do anything laborious. Be a rescuer or lifeline simply by standing by one horse throughout the rest of their life.
Our current resident horses range from late teens through mid 30s. Many have amazing stories. Several are bonded in pairs. A couple are seeing eye partners. A few assist with educational programs. All are quite aware they are cherished.
We run an elite rescue and our primary focus on quality. Great feed. Superb care. Perfect grounds. A peaceful environment. The horses come first. Always.
