Chilly Pepper – Miracle Mustang specializes in CRITICALLY ILL, NEO-NATAL, SICK AND/OR INJURED FOALS. Especially the ones that are near death’s door, needing literally 24/7 care, and they live with us in our nursery until they are strong enough to live outside. Along with this, we rescue other injured or newborn orphan animals as well. We have created a place where injured, special, abused and disabled kids and adults can come and spend the day with us. Visit our petting zoo, meet all of the critters and feel the peace that a visit here brings you. You will treasure the feeling of love, happiness and hope that you will find when you come and spend time with us.

We are here to help as many needy horses as we can get out of bad situations. Along with rehabilitating abused & neglected horses, we also try to help owners find new homes for their horses. In this economy there is a great need for these services. We are here to help in anyway we can, and as our resources allow. Our current facility and pastures are filled with horses we are helping. We are now looking to find a larger property and facility to help the growing number of horses in need.

quine Outreach, Inc. (EOI), founded in 2004, is a horse rescue, shelter, and rehabilitation organization. EOI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, run entirely by volunteers and managed by our Board of Directors.  We work closely with the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, several other sheriffs in central and eastern Oregon, the Forest Service, BLM, local Humane Societies, other equine organizations and local veterinarians.

We save horses from abusive environments, or kill pens, and also recieve surrendered horses.

Peaceful Valley’s Mission is to provide a safe and loving environment to all donkeys that have been abused, neglected or are under threat of destruction.
